"Has left" means that a person is no longer active, for example that the person has left their position.
❔ How does it work?
The status flags that a person has left, but doesn't affect mailings.
This status doesn't automatically stop mailings — it's only shown as a warning in connection with mailings.
To avoid sending to these recipients, you need to:
- filter them out yourself (e.g. via "currently employed = yes")
- remove them from relevant filters/tags
